My Top 3 Favorite Oscars Red-Carpet Looks 2024

If you also tuned into the Oscars last night, you’ll know that there were so many stunning red-carpet looks this year! I love myself a good film, but I am SO HERE for the fashion this season!

Below are my top three favorite looks of the night:

1. Michelle Yeoh in custom Balenciaga

Michelle Yeoh hit the red carpet this Sunday in a stunning, custom Balenciaga gown with sleek black opera gloves and Cindy Chao earrings made from diamonds and sapphires. Needless to say, my jaw was on the floor!

The shape and texture of the gown is very flattering on her and the addition of the gloves is exactly what the outfit required to give more of an elegant, sophisticated look overall.

This talented woman won the award for Best Actress in 2023 and had the honor of presenting the Best Actress award this year to Emma Stone - and she looked stunning doing it!

2. Margot Robbie in Versace

Our Barbie girl stepped out in a shimmering black Versace dress and Fred Leighton jewelry for the Oscar’s red carpet this year. This was quite the switch up from her recent red carpet looks which have been all pink and girly - giving the film a proper send-off/funeral, Barbie style.

This stunning, strapless is made of shimmering black chainmail and ruches at the hips - a perfect fit for our girl, Margot! This dress specifically is fresh off the runway as it was just featured in the Versace’s FW24 show. I think it was the perfect choice for Margot at the Oscars. Not only did it signify an end to the Barbie era, but it looked amazing on her!

3. Zendaya in Armani Privé

Last, but certainly not least, is the it girl herself Miss Zendaya Coleman in a stunning Armani Privé metallic pink corset gown! This has to be my absolute favorite look of the night - and no, not just because it’s Zendaya (okay, maybe). This gown is not only beautifully crafted, but fits her like a glove.

She teamed up, once again, with her fashion partner-in-crime, stylist Law Roach, and dare I say they absolutely killed it! The dress itself already brought a much needed touch of glamour to the Oscars red carpet this year, but the accessories add the most subtle yet perfect touch to the outfit as a whole, creating a cohesive look that will go down in Oscars history.
